VISA ISSUED & Unofficial Travel Call!!!

Let me preface this by saying, I cannot believe I am about to write this!!!!!!  OK, let me take a deep breath and rewind (taking a deep breath) ....  I decided to go ahead and give the NVC (National Visa Center) a call this morning to see if Maddyx's Visa Interview had been scheduled (this is the next step in our process of getting our guy home) and much to my surprise the man on the other end of the phone said, "his visa has been issued and is being printed today."  OMG!!  What does this mean?!?!  Does this mean what I think??  I think it does, but I need to be sure.  So I send an email to my agency informing them of the news (since they have not been notified yet), and they said,  "This is great news! Your "official" travel permission should arrive in a day or so."  She also said we can can go ahead and book our travel now, just to make sure we book our departure from Korea for at least late next week.  Not a problem!!  We can't leave here any sooner than next Thursday anyway!!!  Gotta go.....so much to do.....flights, hotel, packing, foster family gifts, cleaning......!!!

So, I realize this isn't the official Travel Call, but it's really one in the same!  I just cheated and found out the news before my agency got all of the official documents.

TIME TO CELEBRATE!!!!  OK, maybe a little early for that (8:44 am).  I'll start by getting to work, and then I'll celebrate sometime after 5 pm.  =)
